I fall in love with Kung Fu from 1993 , Statred to my first training in Kung Fu in 1994 with My first Sifu : Emad El Sherbeny , I continued studying Kung Fu with him for more than 10 years ,
Emad introduced me to Chi Kung for the first time in 1996 , He teached me Chinese Breathing Techniques , in few months I was able to feel the CHI in my body.
I trained after that with several Experts in Kung Fu.
in Dec 2008 I have been to China and studied the famous Kung Fu Internal Style XingYiQuan , XingYiQuan is an internal Kung Fu Style which depends on the Internal Power
Regarding my Kung Fu I have awarded an 6th Position in 2007 African Champion.
My main style in Wushu is Chang Quan, I had got 6th position in Africa Teams Champs in 2007 in Nangun ( Southern Staff )
